            The Workout

 

 

Extreme Intensive Training 60 Minutes (EIT60) is similar to high intensity interval training (often referred to as HIIT), and is the type of training that requires participants to work hard and put 100% effort in for repeated intensive bursts of exercise, followed by a short rest interval in between exercises. This type of training will get and keep your heart rate high, and allow you to burn more fat than other less intensive training methods, i.e. jogging.


What to expect from an EIT60 workout?
60 minutes of intensive training across a variety of different stations which will require you to engage all of the major muscle groups in your body. Each station is set up for you to perform a specific exercise for a period of approximately 1 min-1 min 20 secs with a short rest period (15-25 secs) in between each station. During the workout you will utilise cardiovascular equipment, free weights, body weight exercises, functional training apparatus and much more.
